To get aerial photos of a Missouri parcel, enter the county and the APN. Dirt Flight draws the boundary from county assessor parcel data and renders the pack in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map that separates ridge from hollow. No pilot drives out, so there is no travel charge, and Jefferson County renders today.
Ozark ground hides itself. Oak and hickory close over the whole tract by May, and the ridge top clearing that makes the property worth buying is invisible from the road and nearly invisible from straight above. Hollow, bench, glade and spring branch are the vocabulary buyers use, and photographs almost never show them.
Every Missouri county assessor publishes the parcel geometry the boundary is drawn from, so coverage is complete across all 114. The contour map earns its keep here: it separates the flat ridge from the hollow, which is the difference between a building site and a place to park a truck.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN, everything below. Ozark foothill country in Jefferson County. Crop ground and hardwood timber strung along a creek, 245 feet of relief across 333 acres, and better than a mile of it fronting water.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 114 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
In the Ozarks a pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and the drive to a forty outside Eminence can be three hours each way. Dirt Flight has no travel charge, because nobody drives. A tract in Shannon County costs the same as one outside Springfield.
Some of it, and that is why the pack is not only photographs. The contour map reads through the canopy and shows ridge, bench and hollow, so a buyer can find the flat ground even in full leaf. Field edges, clearings and pond sites show plainly in the imagery.
That is usually what the contour map settles. Ridge top and bench show as flat ground with the hollow falling away from it, alongside where the gravel road meets the line, which is the pair of facts most Missouri buyers are trying to establish.
Most Missouri counties are flown on a one to three year cycle, and the render date is stamped on the pack. A new pond or a cleared glade from this spring will not appear until the next flight. Elevation data behind the contour map is refreshed on its own schedule.
The pack is an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet. Paydirt also brings road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. Missouri sellers use the contour map for the hollows and the top down for the openings.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
