Dirt Flight renders any parcel in the United States, in every state, from the parcel data that state publishes. Nobody is dispatched anywhere, which is why a forty in Koochiching County costs the same as a lot in Dallas and takes the same ten minutes.
Dirt Flight covers all fifty states. Where the parcel geometry comes from changes by state: some publish one statewide cadastral layer, most leave it to the county assessor or appraisal district, and a few compile town records. What comes back does not change, and neither does the ten minutes.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. Nothing is flown, in any state.

Which states does Dirt Flight cover?
All fifty. Where a county or state publishes parcel geometry we draw the boundary straight from that; where it does not, we fall back to a licensed data partner. If a parcel cannot be resolved you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Is coverage thinner in some states than others?
The parcel data comes from a different place depending on the state. Some states publish one statewide cadastral layer, some leave it to each county assessor or appraisal district, and a few compile town records. The pack you get back is the same either way.
Does Dirt Flight fly drones in any state?
No. Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service and does not dispatch pilots in any state. Every view is rendered from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data, which is why there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day anywhere in the country.
