Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of a Maryland parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from the statewide cadastral layer and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 24 counties render.
Maryland runs from tidewater to the Allegheny plateau in a few hours. A Dorchester County tract is about marsh line and ditching; a Garrett County tract is about slope and road access. The one thing both buyers want is the whole parcel in one frame with the line drawn on it.
The statewide cadastral layer is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A tract in Caroline County renders in the same ten minutes as one in Frederick County, and marsh edge, woods line and tillable separate at a glance.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN. Tillable on the high ground, woods to the ditch, and marsh along the back line.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 24 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A Maryland pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and a tract out on the shore is a half day round trip from most of them. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
They do. Marsh, ditching, sitting water and the darker wet ground read from above, and the contour map shows the fall across low tracts where a foot matters. Tidal boundaries move, so the line drawn is the parcel record, not the current water line.
Yes. Worked ground, woods line, hedgerow and waterway are all visible inside your own boundary, which is how most Maryland buyers size a tract before driving to it.
One to three years old, typically, with the render date printed on the pack. New ditching or a spring clearing will not appear until the next flight. We would rather say that plainly than let a buyer assume the image is from last week.
Everything in one download: outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, contour map, context map and parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and full resolution files. Maryland sellers use the top down for the tillable, woods and marsh split.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
