This page covers what DirtFlight (Dirt Flight LLC) collects, why, and who else touches it. Short version: we collect what it takes to run your account and render your parcels, we do not sell it, and optional analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you say yes.

What we collect

What we do not do

Cookies, analytics and ads

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all, or choose. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing optional loads until you accept. Your choice is saved on your device for 12 months, then we ask again.

How to opt out or change your mind: use the button below, or the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Reject all and do not show the banner. You can also manage ads in your Google ad settings and Microsoft ad settings.

Who else handles it

We use a small set of service providers, each only for its own job: website hosting, network security and delivery, email, encrypted backups, and the parcel and imagery data sources a render queries. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google and Microsoft also receive the cookie data described above. When we query a parcel data source, we send the parcel identifier, not your name or email. Our card processor handles card data; we never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

Account data and packs are kept while your account is open. Failed-login records are deleted after 24 hours. Old invite requests we never acted on are deleted after 12 months. Encrypted backups roll off on their own schedule.

Your choices

Email support@dirtflight.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or close your account and have your data and packs deleted. We answer within 30 days. We serve US land, and DirtFlight isn't meant for children.
