Refunds and revisions

Plain rules, because a pack that is wrong costs you a listing day.

Before a pack is built

• Any parcel in the country can be built. Type the parcel number, draw the boundary on the map or upload a boundary file. If a pack cannot be produced for your parcel, you are not charged, or you are refunded if the charge has already been made.
• A merged tract names any parcel it could not map before the pack is built, so you can supply a boundary file or drop it.

Free re-render

If a pack comes back with a missing view, a broken file, or an outline that is clearly on the wrong parcel, tell us within 14 days and we re-render it at no charge. Upload your own boundary file (KML or similar) and the re-render uses it.

Refunds

Cancelling PayDirt Pro or PayDirt Pro+ stops the next month's charge, and a pack that comes back broken is always re-rendered free before any refund is considered.

• If a re-render still cannot fix a problem on our side, you get a full refund for that pack.
• Packs are rendered to order, so we do not refund a delivered, working pack because you changed your mind, the deal fell through, or the imagery is older than you hoped. The capture year is stated on every pack.
• Some Paydirt diligence layers are not available for every parcel. Where a layer is not available for yours, the pack says so. That alone is not grounds for a refund, but if it leaves Paydirt with nothing Dirt did not give you, ask and we will refund the difference.

How to ask

Email support@dirtflight.com with the pack name. The "Email support" button on any pack error fills this in for you.
