DirtFlight is operated by Dirt Flight LLC ("DirtFlight", "we"). These terms cover the website, the app at app.dirtflight.com and every pack we render. Using an account means you agree to them.
A pack is a set of images, video, maps and a hosted listing page rendered by software from public parcel boundaries, aerial imagery and elevation data. Nothing is flown and nobody visits the property. Imagery is typically one to three years old, and each pack states the capture year where it is known.
Parcel outlines, acreage, road frontage, slope, flood, wetland, soil, stream, power line and canopy figures come from public GIS and government datasets. They are approximate. Do not use them for legal descriptions, closing, construction, lending decisions or boundary disputes. When the county record and the mapped boundary disagree, the pack says so. A licensed surveyor is the only source of a boundary.
When you pay for a pack, you get a permanent, non-exclusive license to use everything in it to market, list, sell, finance or evaluate that parcel. That includes:
What you can't do: resell or sublicense the pack as a product in its own right, or strip the approximate-boundary notice and present the outline as a survey. We keep the underlying software, templates and renders. Some source imagery is public domain and some is licensed; your license above covers the pack as delivered.
We will not use your pack in our own marketing without your written permission. Your listing page stays up while your account is open.
You keep ownership of any logo or boundary file you upload. You give us permission to use it only to render your packs. Only upload what you have the right to use.
Prices are shown on the site: Dirt $29 a parcel, Paydirt $79 a parcel, PayDirt Pro $199 a month and PayDirt Pro+ $299 a month. Enterprise is priced by contract. Per parcel packs are paid for at the time of purchase. PayDirt Pro includes 20 Paydirt packs a month and PayDirt Pro+ includes 45. The cap is firm, unused packs do not roll over, and the count starts over each month. Both plans are billed monthly, are for your own listings and deals, and can be cancelled at any time; a plan runs to the end of the month already paid. Packs stay downloadable for 30 days; you can rebuild a pack anytime from your saved parcel ($9.95 Dirt, $19.95 Paydirt). If we can't render your county, you are not charged. We work to deliver every pack in about ten minutes and to keep the service running, but DirtFlight is provided as is. We do not promise that imagery is current, that every county is available, or that a pack will sell a property. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the pack involved, and neither side is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top, and material changes will be emailed to account holders. These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, and disputes go to the state or federal courts serving Hennepin County, Minnesota.
