DirtFlight, instant aerial imagery
Aerial 3D view of a rural Ohio land parcel with the boundary outlined

Aerial photos for Ohio land listings, with the boundary drawn.

Send an Ohio APN and the county it sits in, or draw the boundary on the map or upload a file. DirtFlight renders the full aerial pack in about ten minutes. A hunting tract in Vinton County and tillable in Darke County come back the same way, in the same ten minutes.

Updated October 2026

DirtFlight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of land in Ohio, enter the county and the APN, or draw the boundary on the map or upload a file. The pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, a hosted listing page and a parcel info sheet, with full resolution files of every view. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and it works anywhere in Ohio. Dirt is $29 a parcel and Paydirt $79, or $199 a month for PayDirt Pro (20 Paydirt packs a month). Paydirt adds a contour map, the road frontage hero, the infrared land health view, the full social kit with platform captions, a posting plan and silent reels, pop-out photos from nine directions, the interactive 3D explorer and the measured diligence layers.

Why Ohio is different

Row crop north, hills and hardwood south.

Ohio splits down the middle. North of the glacial line it is flat and tillable, and the question is drainage and tile. South of it the ground breaks into hardwood ridges and hollows, and the question is access and where the ridge tops are. Both are invisible from the township road.

A tract in Vinton County renders in the same ten minutes as a quarter in Darke County, and tile lines, waterways and hardwood ridges read clearly from above.

Boundaries are approximate and are not a survey.

Ohio questions

Asked by people selling Ohio ground.

Which Ohio counties can you do?

Any Ohio county works. Send the county and the APN and DirtFlight renders the pack. If a parcel will not come up from its number, you hear that before anything is charged, and you can draw the boundary on the map or upload a KML, KMZ, GeoJSON or zipped shapefile instead. The pack comes back the same.

What kinds of Ohio land do sellers order packs for?

Tillable farmland in the west and north, wooded hills and hunting tracts in the southeast and east, pasture, and small acreages near towns. Typical uses there: farmland, hunting and recreation, rural homesites, and woodlots.

Will drainage and tile show on tillable ground?

Often. Tile runs, grassed waterways, ditch outlets and the darker wet end of a field read from above, and the contour map shows the fall. On northwest Ohio flat ground that is what buyers are looking for.

Can you show ridge tops and access on a hunting tract?

Yes. The contour map separates ridge, bench and hollow, and the access view marks the road frontage and the visible track in. Southeast Ohio buyers use it to judge whether they can get a truck to the back.

Where do I find the Ohio parcel number I need?

In Ohio, the number to look for is the parcel number on the auditor's record. Enter the county and the APN as it appears on the tax record, or a street address, and DirtFlight draws the boundary. If a parcel will not come up from its number, you are told before anything is charged, and you can draw the boundary on the map or upload a boundary file instead.

What do Ohio fields and hills show from above?

Tile and drainage patterns on cropland, field boundaries, ridge tops and hollows in the hills, and timber against open ground. The boundary is drawn on every view, and the imagery is the most recent aerial available for that county, usually one to three years old, with the date on the pack.
