Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of a Delaware parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county GIS parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map that shows the ditches and the low ground. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 3 counties render.
Delaware land is mostly farm ground and woodlot in Kent and Sussex, sold in pieces small enough that a photography invoice stands out on the settlement statement. Drainage, field edges and the woods line are what determine value.
County GIS parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. The outlined top down and the contour map show the ditch network and the low corner that stays wet, which is the difference between tillable acres and a wet hole.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN, everything below. Row crop ground, a tax ditch along the west line, and a woodlot in the northeast corner.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 3 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A pilot here charges a shoot fee whether the tract is ten acres or a hundred, which on a small Sussex County field is a meaningful slice of the commission. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
Yes. Ditch lines, field patterns and the wet corners that stay dark after rain read clearly from above, and the contour map shows which way the field falls.
No. The pack is the same for ten acres as for a thousand, and on small parcels the outlined boundary matters more, because a buyer cannot otherwise tell where the field splits from the road.
One to three years old, typically, with the render date printed on the pack. New ditching or a spring land clearing will not appear until the next flight. We would rather say that plainly than let a buyer assume the image is from last week.
Everything in one download: outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, contour map, context map and parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and full resolution files. Delaware sellers use the top down for the tillable and woods split.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
