Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of an Oklahoma parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county assessor parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and McCurtain and LeFlore render today.
Oklahoma tracts are bought for cattle and for hunting, and both come down to water and cover. Ponds, creeks, the cross timbers thickets, how the pasture is fenced. A photo from the section road shows a cattle guard.
County assessor parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A tract in Pushmataha County renders in the same ten minutes as a lot in Tulsa County, and ponds, cross fencing and timber lines read clearly from above.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN. Bermuda pasture on the flat, post oak thicket on the east half, two ponds, and a section road along the south line.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 77 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. An Oklahoma pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and southeast Oklahoma is a long way from anywhere with a pilot in it. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
Yes, and whether they were holding water on the imagery date. Ponds, creeks, spring seeps and the wet green around them read from above, and the contour map shows the drainage into them. Water levels change, so the date on the pack matters.
Typically. Cross fences, pens, gates, the difference between improved pasture and thicket, and the trailed paths cattle make are all visible from above inside your own boundary.
One to three years, and the date is on the pack rather than buried in a footnote. A pond cleaned out or fresh cedar clearing will not appear until the next flight. If something changed on the ground recently, say so in the listing text.
Six pieces: the outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, the 18 second orbit, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. Oklahoma buyers read water off the top down and the draws off the contour map.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
