Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of a Nevada parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county assessor parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and Clark, Lincoln, Lander and Churchill render today.
Most Nevada parcels have nothing on them and nothing nearby. Buyers cannot find them, and sellers cannot describe them. What settles it is one frame showing the parcel, the nearest road, and how far the nearest anything is.
County assessor parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A forty in Nye County renders in the same ten minutes as a lot in Washoe County, and the two-track in, the wash and the fence line read clearly from above.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN. Pinyon and juniper over a white gypsum outcrop, a canyon on the south line, 381 ft of relief between 5,119 and 5,500 ft, and 4,140 ft of ranch road crossing the tract.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Clark, Lincoln, Lander and Churchill render today, and the rest we take by hand. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A Nevada pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and a parcel two hours off the interstate makes that drive the whole bill. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
That is what the context map does. It places the parcel against the nearest roads and towns, so a buyer in another state can see whether they are ten minutes off pavement or forty miles out. On Nevada land that is the question.
The access view shows what is visible from above: graded roads, two-tracks and whether anything reaches your line. Legal access is a title question, and we do not answer it. Sellers should say so plainly rather than imply a two-track is a right of way.
The licensed coverage for Nevada is usually one to three years old, and every pack carries its render date. A newly graded pad or a fresh two-track will not show until the next flight. Anything that changed since the flight will not be in it.
The outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet, sized for listing sites and for print. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. On Nevada parcels the context map answers the question buyers actually have.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
