Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of an Idaho parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county assessor parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map and a context map showing what borders the tract. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 44 counties render.
Idaho land runs from high desert sage in Owyhee and Elmore to timber in Boundary and Idaho County, and access is the recurring question. Many parcels touch federal ground and the road in crosses somebody. Buyers want to see the road and what borders the tract before they drive.
County assessor parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. The context map shows the neighbors and the public ground, and the 3D views show the climb, which on Idaho land is often the difference between usable and scenic.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN, everything below. Sage bench, a two track in from the county road, and public ground along the north line.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 44 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. An Idaho pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and the drive to a tract in Owyhee or Custer County is a half day round trip on gravel. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
Yes. The context map shows the adjoining ownership pattern and the public ground next door, which is what buyers of Idaho land price in. Legal access across a neighbor is still a title matter.
No. Same pack either way: outlined top down, four 3D views, orbit video, contour map and context map. On timber the contours do more work, on sage the boundary does.
One to three years, and the date is on the pack rather than buried in a footnote. A new spur road or a cut unit from this season will not show until the next flight. If something changed on the ground recently, say so in the listing text.
Six pieces: the outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, the 18 second orbit, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. Idaho sellers put the contour map and the access view up front.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
