Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of a Wyoming parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county assessor parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 23 counties render.
Wyoming land sells in sections, and the neighbors are often the state or the BLM. What matters is the terrain, the water, and how the parcel sits against public ground, because that decides access as much as anything in the deed.
County assessor parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A section in Carbon County renders in the same ten minutes as a lot in Laramie County, and draws, reservoirs, fence lines and two-tracks read clearly from above.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN. Sage and grass with a reservoir in the draw, a fence along the section line, and a two-track in from the county road.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 23 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A Wyoming pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and out here the drive is measured in hours, not miles. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
The context map shows what surrounds the parcel, which is how buyers here check the checkerboard and whether a parcel is landlocked by public ground. Ownership and access should be confirmed with the county and the agency.
Yes. Adjoining parcels entered together merge into one boundary, so a ranch made of many sections renders as a single outline instead of a stack of separate images.
One to three years old, typically, with the render date printed on the pack. A reservoir cleaned out or a rebuilt section fence will not appear until the next flight. We would rather say that plainly than let a buyer assume the image is from last week.
Everything in one download: outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, contour map, context map and parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and full resolution files. Wyoming sellers use the merged outline and the context map for the checkerboard.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
