Dirt Flight, instant aerial imagery
Aerial 3D view of a rural New Hampshire land parcel with the boundary outlined

Aerial photos of land in New Hampshire.

Send a New Hampshire APN and the county it sits in. Dirt Flight builds the boundary from that county's own parcel records and renders the full aerial pack in about ten minutes. A woodlot in Coos County and a lake lot in Belknap County come back the same way, in the same ten minutes.

The short answer
Updated August 2026

Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of a New Hampshire parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from township and county parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 10 counties render.

Why New Hampshire is different

Under canopy, nothing shows from the ground.

New Hampshire lots are wooded, sloped, and often bordered by conservation land or a class VI road. A buyer standing at the frontage sees twenty feet of hardwood. Everything that determines the price sits behind that: the ledge, the brook, the flat bench, what abuts.

Township and county parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A lot in Coos County renders in the same ten minutes as one in Rockingham County, and stone walls, cut lines and brooks read clearly from above.

Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.

Where New Hampshire land actually trades.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.

New Hampshire questions

Asked by people selling New Hampshire ground.

Which New Hampshire counties can you do?

Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.

How much does a drone photographer cost for a rural New Hampshire listing?

Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A New Hampshire pilot quotes a minimum plus the drive north, and one lot rarely justifies it. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.

Will slope and ledge show up?

Slope will, clearly, on the contour map, which is what buyers of New Hampshire lots use to judge whether there is a house site. Exposed ledge is sometimes visible on the imagery and sometimes hidden under canopy, so we do not claim it either way.

Can you show frontage on a pond, lake or brook?

Yes. The boundary is drawn onto the imagery, so where your line meets water is visible rather than described. On lake lots that view usually does more than the whole listing text.

How recent is the imagery on a New Hampshire parcel?

Somewhere between one and three years for most New Hampshire ground, dated on the pack. A cut from last winter or a new driveway will not appear until the next flight. Contour data behind the elevation views refreshes separately.

What exactly comes back for a New Hampshire APN?

An outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. New Hampshire buyers go to the contour map to look for a house site. Got a New Hampshire parcel under contract?

Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
