To get aerial photos of an Utah parcel, enter the county and the APN. Dirt Flight draws the boundary from county recorder parcel data and renders the pack in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, a contour map and a context map showing what borders the lot. No pilot drives out, so there is no travel charge, and all 29 counties render.
Off grid recreational lots in the Utah desert sell to people who will never stand on them, and the buyer's real question is which five acres this is. Sage flat, cinder, slickrock rim and a two track that leaves the county road are the landmarks, and none of them are legible without the boundary drawn on top.
County recorders publish the parcel geometry the boundary comes from, and the state compiles it, so all 29 counties render. The context map does the other half of the work out here: what borders the lot is frequently public ground, and buyers price that in.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN, everything below. Sage flat, a two track entering from the south, and public ground on two sides.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 29 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
A pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and the drive to a five acre lot outside Milford is most of a day round trip for one property. Dirt Flight has no travel charge, because nobody drives. A lot in Beaver County costs the same as one in Utah County.
The boundary is drawn on the imagery from parcel data, so the specific five acres is outlined rather than gestured at. The four 3D views place it against the rim, the wash or the hills behind it, which is what makes one sage lot different from the next.
Yes. Two track and graded road show where they exist, the access view marks the frontage, and the context map shows what sits on each side, including adjoining public ground.
One to three years old, typically, with the render date printed on the pack. A graded pad or a new two-track will not show until the next flight. We would rather say that plainly than let a buyer assume the image is from last week.
Everything in one download: outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, contour map, context map and parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and full resolution files. Utah buyers work from the contour map and the context map.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
