Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of an Indiana parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county GIS parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 92 counties render.
Indiana ground splits fast between row crop and everything else. A buyer looking at a tract wants to know how much of it is workable, where the timber starts, and whether the low corner by the ditch holds water in a wet spring. From the road you see a treeline and a mailbox.
County GIS parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A tract in Brown County renders in the same ten minutes as a quarter in Newton County, and the tile lines and grassed waterways read plainly from above.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN. Tillable on the west half, timber running down to the creek, and a county road along the front.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 92 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. An Indiana pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and the drive out to a tract in Crawford County is not short. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
You can see the split clearly. The outlined top down shows worked ground, fencerow, timber and waterway inside your own boundary, which is what a buyer is trying to measure. It is a visual read, not an FSA acre count.
Often yes. Grassed waterways, ditch outlets and the darker wet ground at the low end read from above, and the contour map shows which way the field falls. On Indiana tillable that is usually the second question after price.
One to three years old, typically, with the render date printed on the pack. New tile or a waterway seeded this spring will not appear until the next flight. We would rather say that plainly than let a buyer assume the image is from last week.
Everything in one download: outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, contour map, context map and parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and full resolution files. Indiana sellers use the top down for the tillable and timber split.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
