Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of a Louisiana parcel, enter the parish and the APN. The boundary is drawn from parish assessor parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 64 parishes render.
In Louisiana the difference between a hunting tract and a flooded one is a couple of feet, and it changes with the month. Buyers want to see the sloughs, the ridges, the pipeline right of way, and where the water sits when it sits. Standing at a gate off the highway tells you none of that.
Parish assessor parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A tract in Tensas Parish renders in the same ten minutes as a lot in East Baton Rouge Parish, and sloughs, cypress and cutover read clearly from above.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN. Hardwood on the ridge, slough across the back, and a pipeline right of way cutting the northeast corner.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your parish? Every one of the 64 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the parish and the APN and we go straight to that parish's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it parish by parish. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A Louisiana pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and getting to a tract past the last gravel is its own line item. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
They do. Sloughs, cypress, sitting water and the darker ground that stays wet all read from above, and the contour map shows which way it drains. On Louisiana hunting ground that is the first thing a buyer asks about.
At a broad level, yes. Pine plantation, hardwood bottom, recent cutover and replant rows are all visible from above, and the boundary shows exactly which of it is inside your line. It is not a cruise or a timber appraisal.
One to three years, and the date is on the pack rather than buried in a footnote. A recent cutover or a newly cut pipeline lane will not appear until the next flight. If something changed on the ground recently, say so in the listing text.
Six pieces: the outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, the 18 second orbit, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. Louisiana buyers read the sloughs off the top down and the drainage off the contour map.
Send the parish and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
