Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of a South Carolina parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county GIS parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 46 counties render.
South Carolina land is mostly planted pine and hardwood bottom, and the price turns on which is which and how much of it stays wet. Buyers also want the road frontage and the visible way in, because a tract with a locked gate on a paper road is a different tract.
County GIS parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A tract in Williamsburg County renders in the same ten minutes as a lot in Greenville County, and plantation rows, cutover and swamp read clearly from above.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN. Planted pine on the high ground, a swamp branch across the back, and a paved county road along the front.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 46 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A South Carolina pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and a tract out past the last store is where that adds up. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
Broadly, yes. Plantation rows, stand age, cutover and hardwood bottom all read differently from above, and the boundary shows which of them is inside your line. It is not a cruise and does not estimate volume.
They do. Swamp branch, sitting water, cypress and the dark ground that stays wet read from above, and the contour map shows the drainage on flat tracts where a foot changes the answer.
The licensed coverage for South Carolina is usually one to three years old, and every pack carries its render date. A thinning or a fresh cutover will not appear until the next flight. Anything that changed since the flight will not be in it.
The outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet, sized for listing sites and for print. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. South Carolina sellers use the top down for the stands and the access view for the way in.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
