Washington is two states for land purposes. West of the Cascades it is timber, slope and spur road. East it is wheat, coulees and water. Either way the tract is bigger than a showing and the terrain is what a buyer is actually pricing.
County GIS parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A tract in Ferry County renders in the same ten minutes as a lot in King County, and cut units, coulees and spur roads read clearly from above.

Will logging roads and cut units show up?
Clearly. Spur roads, landings and replant units of different ages read from above, and the boundary shows which units are inside your line. It is not a timber cruise.
Can you show coulees and dryland terrain east of the Cascades?
Yes. Coulees, rimrock, scabland and the break between farmed and unfarmable ground are all visible, and the contour map shows relief a road photo flattens. Water rights are a state records matter, not something imagery shows.
How recent is the imagery on a Washington parcel?
Somewhere between one and three years for most Washington ground, dated on the pack. A cut unit or a new spur road from this season will not show until the next flight. Contour data behind the elevation views refreshes separately.
