Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of a Washington parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county GIS parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 39 counties render.
Washington is two states for land purposes. West of the Cascades it is timber, slope and spur road. East it is wheat, coulees and water. Either way the tract is bigger than a showing and the terrain is what a buyer is actually pricing.
County GIS parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A tract in Ferry County renders in the same ten minutes as a lot in King County, and cut units, coulees and spur roads read clearly from above.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN. Fir and larch on the slope, an old landing on the ridge, and a gravel county road along the south line.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 39 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A Washington pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and a tract up past Republic is a whole day for one job. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
Clearly. Spur roads, landings and replant units of different ages read from above, and the boundary shows which units are inside your line. It is not a timber cruise.
Yes. Coulees, rimrock, scabland and the break between farmed and unfarmable ground are all visible, and the contour map shows relief a road photo flattens. Water rights are a state records matter, not something imagery shows.
Somewhere between one and three years for most Washington ground, dated on the pack. A cut unit or a new spur road from this season will not show until the next flight. Contour data behind the elevation views refreshes separately.
An outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. Washington sellers put the contour map and the access view up front. Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
