Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of a Mississippi parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county assessor parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 82 counties render.
Mississippi tracts sell on timber and hunting, and both come down to what is standing and where the water goes. Planted pine at fourteen years reads differently from a hardwood bottom, and a buyer wants to see which he is buying and how much of it, before he drives down a gravel road to look at a gate.
County assessor parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A tract in Kemper County renders in the same ten minutes as a lot in Madison County, and planted rows, cutover and hardwood bottom separate clearly from above.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN. Planted pine on the ridges, hardwood down the branch, and a gravel county road along the east line.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 82 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A Mississippi pilot quotes the shoot plus the drive, and the drive to a tract off a gravel road is the part that hurts. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
Broadly, yes. Plantation rows, age difference, cutover and hardwood bottom are all visible from above, and the boundary shows which stands are inside your line. It is not a timber cruise and does not estimate volume.
They do. Branches, sloughs, beaver ponds and the wet ground that stays dark all read from above, and the contour map shows the drainage. On hunting tracts that is usually what sets the price.
One to three years, and the date is on the pack rather than buried in a footnote. A thinning or a fresh cutover will not appear until the next flight. If something changed on the ground recently, say so in the listing text.
Six pieces: the outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, the 18 second orbit, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet. Paydirt adds road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. Mississippi sellers use the top down for the stand split and the contour map for the branches.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
