Oregon land changes character at the Cascades. West it is timber, slope and logging road; east it is juniper, rimrock and water rights. In both cases the tract is bigger than what a buyer can walk, and the terrain is what sets the value.
County GIS parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. A tract in Lake County renders in the same ten minutes as a lot in Multnomah County, and cut units, roads and rimrock read clearly from above.

How much does a drone photographer cost for a rural Oregon listing?

Will logging roads and cut units show up?
Clearly. Spur roads, landings, replant units of different ages and the boundary between them all read from above, and the boundary shows which units are inside your line. It is not a timber cruise.
Can you show terrain on high desert ground east of the Cascades?
Yes. Rimrock, juniper, dry washes and old two-tracks are all visible, and the contour map shows the relief that a road photo flattens out. Water rights are a state records matter and not something imagery shows.
How recent is the imagery on an Oregon parcel?
Most Oregon counties are flown on a one to three year cycle, and the render date is stamped on the pack. A cut unit or a new spur road from this season will not show until the next flight. Elevation data behind the contour map is refreshed on its own schedule.
