Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of an Arizona parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county assessor parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map and a context map showing what borders the parcel. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and all 15 counties render.
Arizona sells more sight unseen land than almost anywhere: forty acre pieces off a dirt section road, five acre lots on the Colorado Plateau, tracts nobody will visit before closing. From the ground it is juniper and sand in every direction, and a photograph proves nothing about which piece is which.
County assessor parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. Drawing the boundary onto the imagery is the whole job here, and the context map answers the second question, which is what borders the parcel and how far the graded road runs.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN, everything below. Juniper and sand, a section road along the east line, and state trust land on two sides.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 15 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A pilot in Arizona quotes the shoot plus the drive, and the drive to a forty in Apache or Mohave County is most of a day round trip. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
The boundary is drawn on the imagery from assessor parcel data, so the exact piece is outlined rather than described. The four 3D views place it against the mesa, the wash or the ridge behind it, which is what makes one desert forty different from the next.
Yes. Graded roads, two track and dry washes read clearly from above, and the access view marks where the road meets the line. A wash cutting through the buildable area is something buyers price in, and they can see it for themselves.
Expect one to three years, and check the date stamped on the pack. A graded pad or a new two-track from this year will not show until the next flight. The elevation data behind the contour map runs on its own refresh cycle.
One outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, one 18 second orbit video, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet. Step up to Paydirt for road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. Arizona lots sell off the context map and the top down more than anything else.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
