Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service. To get aerial photos of an Illinois parcel, enter the county and the APN. The boundary is drawn from county GIS parcel data and the pack renders in about ten minutes: an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video and a contour map that shows the waterway and the low ground. Nobody flies out, so there is no travel charge, and Randolph County renders today.
Most Illinois land that changes hands is farm ground, and the questions are productivity, drainage and how the field is actually laid out. Southern Illinois adds timber, strip mine ground and hunting tracts, where slope and water matter more than a soil rating.
County GIS parcel data is what the boundary is drawn from, so coverage here is complete rather than partial. The outlined top down shows the field against the road and the neighbor, and the contour map shows the low ground and the waterway, which is where the tile problems live.
Boundaries are approximate, from public parcel data, and are not a survey.
One parcel, one APN, everything below. Bluff country above the Mississippi in Randolph County. Hardwood timber with open clearings cut through it, 224 feet of relief across 126 acres, and a third of a mile of road on the north line.
Everything in the pack
Every view below came back from one parcel number, in about ten minutes, with no pilot and no site visit.

These are the ones land buyers ask for most, each with its own page.
Do not see your county? Every one of the 102 renders. Send the APN and it comes back the same ten minutes.
Send the county and the APN and we go straight to that county's own parcel records. Coverage varies: some states publish one statewide layer, others leave it county by county. If yours is one where the records are not public, you hear it from us before anything is charged.
Dirt Flight is not a drone photography service, so this is not our fee. A pilot here quotes the shoot plus the drive, and for an eighty in Pike or Hamilton County that is a two hour round trip before the drone leaves the case. Dirt Flight renders the parcel from licensed aerial imagery and public elevation data instead of sending anyone up in the air, so there is no travel charge, no scheduling and no weather day.
Yes, in a specific way. It shows the field as a buyer will farm it: the boundary against the road, the waterway, the wet corner, the timber edge and how it splits from the neighbor. Soil ratings come from the parcel sheet, not the photograph.
Same pack, and the contour map does more of the work. Ridge, hollow, strip mine relief and food plot locations read clearly, and the orbit video sells a hunting tract better than a plat map does.
Most Illinois counties are flown on a one to three year cycle, and the render date is stamped on the pack. New tile work or a waterway seeded this spring will not appear until the next flight. Elevation data behind the contour map is refreshed on its own schedule.
The pack is an outlined top down, four cardinal 3D views, an 18 second orbit video, a contour map, a context map and a parcel info sheet. Paydirt also brings road frontage views, infrared, a social kit and the full resolution files. Illinois sellers mostly use the top down on the sale bill.
Send the county and the APN. If your invite is not open yet we will still look at the first one by hand.
